Average price for parking stall rent makes up 7 thousand rubles

According to internet portal gdeetotdom.ru in July the average price for a parking stall makes up 7 thousand rubles per month. The lowest prices are registered in Bratislavskaya, Vladykino, Krasnogvardeyskaya, Yugo-Zapadnaya and Vikhino metro areas. Parking stall in the heated covered garage costs here 3-4 thousand rubles.

Parking stall in Krylatskaya, Oktyabrskoye Pole, Kozhukhovskaya, Otradnoye, Partizanskaya, Akademicheskaya, Volgogradsky Prospekt, Profsouznaya and Novy Cheremushky costs 4-5 thousand rubles. Price for garage rent in Baumanskaya, Savelovskaya, Avtozavodskaya and Perovo metro areas makes up 6-8 thousand rubles.

The most expensive prices for garage rent are in Novoslobodskaya, Frunzenskaya, Leninsky Prospect, Belorusskaya, Mayakovskaya, Smolenskaya and Kievskaya areas  - 18025 thousand rubles. The cheapest offers are registered in the segment of guarded uncovered parking lots. Average price makes up there 2,5 thousand rubles. The most expensive rental offers are located in underground parkings of business-class residential complexes – in average 20 thousand rubles.
