Elizabeth II sells out her real estate

Crises made British court to sell out the farm land Hadley Hall in Cheshire by auction. The farm was sold for 1 million pounds. Formerly the farm belonged to Queen Elisabeth II. The compound located on 20 hectares lot consists of the farm house and a range of utility structures. It is informed by the issue The Independent that the house was constructed in XVI century and now it needs a reconstruction.

The haggles of the farm took place on July 14th. The report says that Elisabeth II sells other two lots (6 and 13 hectares). Lots are offered for 90 and 150 thousand pounds. They can be used for farming and breeding. We should mention that in 2009 the queen intended to sell some “real estate assets” in order to gain additional financing for the restoration of building belonging to the lists of her numerous possessions.
